I am a Senior Research Scientist in the Klepac-Ceraj lab at Wellesley College. I study the human microbiome 💩 🚽 and its effect on brain 🧠 development in kids 👶. Feel free to be in touch!

I also write open-source software for the julia programming language.

About Franklin.jl

Written in Julia, Franklin is an open source static site generator available under the MIT License. Franklin supports Markdown and HTML content files and uses a bunch of tricks to make your life easier.

Franklin is ideal for technical blogs, tutorials, lecture notes etc. It is used by a number of websites in the Julia community such as:
