I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Tufts Medical Center. I study the human microbiome 💩 🚽 and its effect on brain 🧠 development in kids 👶, and write to make it easier to analyze complex biological datasets.

About Franklin.jl

Written in Julia, Franklin is an open source static site generator available under the MIT License. Franklin supports Markdown and HTML content files and uses a bunch of tricks to make your life easier.

Franklin is ideal for technical blogs, tutorials, lecture notes etc. It is used by a number of websites in the Julia community such as:
